Welcome to RevealTheme. By accessing or using revealtheme.com (the "Site") or any of our detector tools, blog content, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to use RevealTheme. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Use of the detector tools
The WordPress, Shopify, Magento, Joomla, Drupal, Moodle, and PrestaShop theme detectors are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use, subject to these conditions:
- You may only submit URLs you have the legal right to inspect. Do not submit URLs to bypass paywalls, scrape private content, or violate any third party's terms of service.
- You may not automate excessive requests to our detectors. Reasonable manual use is fine; programmatic bulk scraping requires API access (contact us).
- You may not use the detectors to facilitate copyright infringement, identity theft, or any unlawful activity.
- Detection results are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy.
3. Content accuracy
We strive for accuracy in our reviews, comparisons, and tutorials. However, the web changes constantly. Pricing, features, and performance data may be out of date. Always verify with the official provider before making a purchase decision.
4. Affiliate links
Some links on RevealTheme are affiliate links. We may earn a commission when you click and purchase, at no extra cost to you. Our editorial decisions are independent of commission relationships. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
5. Intellectual property
All content on RevealTheme — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by RevealTheme or its licensors and protected by international copyright laws. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back. You may not republish substantial portions without written permission.
6. User-submitted content
If you submit content (e.g., contact form messages, comments, feedback), you grant RevealTheme a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Services. You retain ownership of your content.
7. Third-party links and services
The Services may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your interactions with third parties are between you and them.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVEALTHEME AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevealTheme from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion, especially for abusive usage patterns.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RevealTheme is operated, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced via the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
